Where Chefs Eat on their Day Off

Just like the wines we serve, our food comes from locally made and grown ingredients as well. Our meat, seafood, produce, cheese – everything comes to us fresh from within a 200-mile radius. In fact, we get up with the sun in the morning and go shop at the farmer’s markets for the tastiest selection, just like you do. Our classically trained culinary chef, Brooke Stockwell,  knows her stuff and creates tantalizing recipes to pair perfectly with the wines from our collection. She artistically prepares tapas to die for, amazing wood-fired pizzas, addicting appetizers like Yuppy Crack (you do need to find out what that is), crispy salads from fresh local produce, and more to create a delectable menu that varies from week to week, depending on what local foods are available and in season.
