With a few dozen wineries using the custom crush production facility, on the right day you might feel like you’re in the air traffic control tower at LAX. Loosen up your neck muscles and be ready to watch winemaking in all different directions, especially as our 20-ton press gets ready to deliver the next batch of the elixir of life. Tours are offered throughout the day. Check with the wine bar or your server for times.
